• Personal Identification Information: Your full name, business email address, mobile number, and company name, which you provide directly on our signup form.
• Technical Information: We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This is used for security and operational purposes.
• Payment Token Information: When you link your payment card, your card details are sent directly to our secure payment partner, Adyen. We do not store your full card number. We receive a secure token from Adyen that represents your card. This token is stored to facilitate your participation in the Krowdit rewards program.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To Create Your Account: We use your name, email, mobile number, and company name to set up and manage your Krowdit rewards account.
• To Link Your Payment Card: The payment token is used to link your card to your Krowdit account, enabling you to earn rewards automatically when you use that card at participating merchants.
• To Record Transactions: We store a record of transactions made with your linked card at participating merchants to calculate and apply your rewards.
• To Communicate With You: We may use your email address or mobile number to send you important information about your account, transactions, and updates to our services.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: We monitor for and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share your information with trusted third parties who are essential for providing our service:

• Krowdit: Your signup information is shared with the core Krowdit platform to create and manage your rewards account.
• Adyen (Payment Processor): Your payment card information is provided directly to Adyen for secure processing and tokenization. We do not see or store your raw card details.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only disclose your information if required by law.

4. Security of Your Information

We are committed to protecting your data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to safeguard your personal information. Our practices are designed to be compliant with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
