Welcome to Krowd! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Krowdit signup service and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is effective as of September 10, 2025.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.

2. The Service

The Krowdit Service allows you to link your payment cards to automatically earn rewards at participating merchants. To do this, you must provide your name and email, and then link a payment card through our secure third-party payment processor, Adyen. We will then track your transactions at participating merchants to award you rewards.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or our users. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any of its related systems or networks.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the data removal feature.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krowdit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
